Well, this has certainly not been the 2020 I expected! Louisiana entered quarantine on March 16 & entered Phase 1 of re-entry last Friday (May 15). I had planned a big party for my 39th birthday at the beginning of May, but that was out of the question, so I spent a few evenings staggering visits from close friends. While it wasn’t the celebration I envisioned, it was wonderful to spend some quality time with my best friends. The weekend after my birthday, Patrick took me to the cutest AirBnb cabin on Cross Lake for a quick getaway. It was so nice to get out of the house for a weekend, even if we were still practicing social distancing. How have you been dealing with the stay-at-home order?
