Götz Bad Ischl Oxygen Revitalizing Lotion B
With spring in full swing & the hot days of summer quickly approaching, it’s important to remember that your skin’s needs are changing, too. During the winter months, you need heavier creams to combat the cold, dry air. But during the spring & summer months, it’s important to transition to a lighter lotion to prevent greasiness, clogged pores, & breakouts because the humidity in the air (especially in the south) provides so much moisture that your skin doesn’t need the intense moisture that a thick cream provides. I still look for products with anti-aging, skin firming properties, & natural ingredients.
Götz Bad Ischl recently reached out to me with the opportunity to try their Oxygen Revitalizing Lotion B & you guys know that I’m always excited to try new a skincare product! The Lotion is 100% organic, all natural, paraben-free, alcohol-free, & cruelty-free. It contains Bad Ischl spring water, daisy flower, witch hazel, & edelweiss extract to control oil & tighten pores. Sunflower oil & jojoba oil provide the just the right amount of moisture to keep your skin soft & firm.
I loved that the consistency of the Lotion was so lightweight! It was almost a liquid & was quickly absorbed into my skin. Plus, a little bit goes a long way. I used one pump, or a pea-sized drop, while my skin was still slightly moist after cleansing. The Lotion didn’t leave behind any greasy or oily residue, which is always a concern for me because I have oily/combination skin. I’ve always had larger pores that are prone to clogging & blackheads around my T-zone, especially my nose. After using the Lotion for a month, my skin is less greasy throughout the day & I’ve noticed that my pores are less clogged than before. Win-win! Plus, there is no fragrance or coloring, so the Lotion is great for sensitive skin too! Overall, I was impressed with the I will definitely continue to use the Lotion throughout the spring & summer as a daily moisturizer, along with a sunscreen (can’t forget that step)!
Overall, I was impressed with the change that I’ve seen in my skin over the past month. I’ve had fewer breakouts, thanks to less oil on my skin, & my skin is staying moisturized (but not greasy) all day. I will definitely continue to use the Lotion throughout the spring & summer as a daily moisturizer, along with a sunscreen (can’t forget that step)!
