Hello friends! We’ve made it halfway through the week & I feel like I’m still recovering from my long birthday weekend. It was a great weekend, full of family & friends! We started out the weekend with dinner at my favorite restaurant with my parents on Friday night. On Saturday, my best girlfriends came over for good food, some old fashioned board games, & lots of laughter. We stayed up way too late catching up & cracking up! On Sunday, after sleeping in, we joined some more friends for an afternoon of crawfish boil, then called it a night early.
Now, on to the clothes! Everyone knows by now that I am mildly obsessed with anything flamingo, so when I saw this tank decked out with a flock of bright flamingos I could not wait to get my hands on it! It’s more than I would usually pay for a tank, but I had a Nordstrom gift card that was burning a hole in my wallet & since it’s flamingos, I decided to splurge. I wore it with distressed jeans & a classic cardigan for dinner last week, but plan on using it to jazz up a pencil skirt & jacket for work. I just love a unique piece that can be dressed up or down!
