Happy Thursday friends! Let’s talk hair today! Have you made it to the salon yet? I’ve gotten my hair cut & colored twice since quarantine started easing up. In the meantime, I was doing everything possible to keep my hair healthy & strong. My hair is very fine & is color-treated, so I need moisturizing products that won’t weigh my hair down. Keep reading to see all the products I use to keep my hair looking its best between appointments.

Last October I got a Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment, a customized in-salon treatment for my super damaged hair. A stylist determines your hair needs & puts together a mixture from 4 concentrates & 6 boosters (mine used the Pixelist concentrate for color maintenance & the Reconstruction booster for strength). It made a huge difference in my hair & I highly recommend the treatment! Since then, I’ve worked to maintain the results.
Bain de Terre Passion Flower Color Preserving Shampoo and Conditioner. My stylist recommended Bain de Terre’s shampoo & conditioner to keep my color from fading. I’ve been using this shampoo & conditioner for several years now, & it works so well with my hair. They keep my color fresh, provide moisture without too much weight, & it doesn’t hurt that the products smell amazing too!

Healthy Sexy Hair Tri-Wheat Leave In Conditioner & Wet Brush. Once my hair is towel dried, I spray in a leave-in conditioner to add some more moisture & to help prevent tangles. I love that this one is lightweight. I use a wet brush to brush out my wet hair.
T3 Micro Cura Dryer & 2.5 inch Round Brush. Because my hair is so fine & tends to get oily quickly, I wash my hair almost every day. That means that I’m heat styling my hair almost every day as well. I splurged on this hair dryer from T3 Micro last spring when it was on sale. I truly believe that it has saved my hair. It’s lightweight & has low heat settings to help avoid damage. It also cuts down on the time it takes to dry my hair in the mornings. I always use a medium round brush when I dry my hair to give it a little volume & curl.

Kerastase Chronologiste Fragrant Oil. I have always shied away from hair oils because mine is so fine, but a stylist used this one on my hair last fall & I am hooked. Anytime my hair is starting to get a little fluffy, I run some of this through it before drying to help seal the hair cuticle for shine. This is another one that smells so good!
R+Co Waterfall Moisture + Shine Lotion. This lotion, which came in the Summer Box of Style, is perfect for adding moisture to wet or dry hair. I typically smooth a small amount through the ends of my hair to prevent fly-aways when it’s super humid outside.

Kerastase Reflection Mask for Color-Treated Hair & Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Hair Mask. I use a deep conditioning treatment at least once a week & alternate between these two. The Kerastase mask is a newer one for me & helps to protect my color from fading, without leaving behind a heavy residue. I’ve been using the Briogeo mask for years & it’s still a favorite. It protects against styling damage, provides moisture & strength, & heals my split ends.
Kenra Platinum Hot Spray. This is the spray that my stylist uses on dry hair before heat styling (curling or flat ironing). My hair is so fine & doesn’t hold a curl well, so I need a good product like this one to help.
Dry Bar The Sheriff Medium Hold Hairspray. I picked this hairspray up at Dry Bar after a blowout last year because I was so impressed with the amount of hold it provides, without making my hair crunchy.
